First Christmas

FIRST CHRISTMAS AS THE VOGL'S

We had our own mini Christmas before all the family events, just the two of us at the apartment. Christmas Vogl style was Friday-Saturday up in Boring, Oregon. As always Vickie made amazing food and we ate way too much!

Christmas on Leisha's side was Monday-Tuesday (24-25th). Christmas Eve was at Leisha's grandma's house followed by Christmas Eve Communion at Willamette Christian Center. Christmas morning we opened stockings from  SANTA and Leisha's dad made breakfast, a family tradition. Leisha's Grandpa Hageman came over to be with family because Grandma Juanita died this September.

Randy got overloaded with tools and REI gift cards. Leisha got a road bike to start training for her triathlons and a new iPod nano!

Christmas Day was spent at the Borek's where there was fun being with family, eating, opening gifts, playing games, and KIDS KIDS KIDS!!!

The Beginning...

Hello family and friends. Since we all are becoming busier as the years go on and moving farther apart we'd like to keep you all updated on what's happening with us. After dating for 11 months and being engaged for 4 months we got married August 18, 2007!!! :) After honeymooning in Mexico we returned to Salem, Oregon where we currently live. Randy is working as a Data Programs Manager for Heritage Seedlings and Leisha is working for the Willamette ESD as a Speech and Language Pathologist. Leisha started her Master's in Speech and Language Pathology through Nova Southeastern University. She just finished her first semester. We are having fun beginning our lives together and growing as a couple. We have been attending Salem Alliance Church and are involved in a young marrieds' Bible Study on Thursday night and love it.
